RULES OF USE AND OPERATION

In Interparking Hispania car parks, the user must:

Collect a parking receipt or ticket at the entrance of the premises for each vehicle parked.

Follow the rules and instructions given by the manager or employees regarding usage and safety.

Obey and comply with all traffic signs established within the premises.

Present the parking ticket whenever requested by company personnel.

Pay the established fee for the stay before removing the vehicle. To do so, the user must go to the automatic payment machines installed for this purpose, if the car park is equipped with them. If not, or if the payment machines are out of service, the user must proceed to the control booth. The retention of the vehicle is the only guarantee of payment.

In car parks that accept payment by credit or debit card but do not have EMV functionality enabled, the maximum admissible amount for card payment is €45. If payment cannot be made by card—either because the amount exceeds that limit or for any other reason—the fee must be paid in cash.

Remove the vehicle within a maximum of 10 minutes after validating the ticket.

In the event of a lost ticket, the user must prove their right to retrieve the vehicle.

Under no circumstances may the user hand over the vehicle keys to car park personnel.

The car parks do not offer storage or custody services for objects and/or non-fixed and removable accessories.

The car parks have complaint forms available to users.

The car parks operate 24 hours a day.

For any questions regarding use and operation, refer to Law 40/2002.

This software application has been developed for the management of car parks and regulated parking zones owned and/or operated by the INTERPARKING Group (hereinafter the “APP”).

Through the APP, the user may:

For the correct operation of the APP, it is necessary to access the device’s geolocation services in order to display the map of the city and INTERPARKING car parks where the user wishes to park.

2.1 RULES OF USE

The resale of APP products and services is strictly prohibited.

This application is intended exclusively for private individuals.

Each user account is personal and non-transferable.

Each individual may only have one associated account.

Each individual must provide a valid DNI, NIE or Passport number, which must remain valid while the user account is active. INTERPARKING reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify the authenticity and validity of such documentation.

Each individual must provide a valid e-mail address belonging to the account holder; the address must remain active while the user account is active.

Each individual may register up to 5 licence plates. Registered licence plates will be linked to the user account and must belong to vehicles owned by the user, rented under their name, or assigned as a company vehicle. Exceptionally, licence plates belonging to first-degree relatives may also be registered. Registering licence plates outside these permitted categories is expressly prohibited. INTERPARKING reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify authenticity and validity.

Each individual may register up to 5 payment cards for use with the contracted services. One or more licence plates may be assigned to each card, up to the maximum permitted. The individual must be the holder of all registered cards. Registering payment cards belonging to third parties is expressly prohibited.

Failure to comply with these rules will result in the blocking of the user account and, consequently, all active contracts.

This section of the document is drafted in several languages; in the event of discrepancy, the Spanish version shall prevail.

2.2 ACCESS TO THE FACILITIES

To access the facilities and benefit from the rates offered through P-APP, the user must be fully registered in the application before entering with the vehicle. This means that the account must include:

a valid vehicle licence plate, and

a credit card associated with that licence plate.

P-APP users may access the car park only through the following methods:

QR Code: The user must use the QR code generated by the APP and keep it available at all times to present it at the entrance or exit.

Licence Plate Recognition (LPR): Access may be granted through the automatic number plate recognition system. However, this does not exempt the user from having the QR code as backup, should it be needed.

Intercom Devices: If issues arise with the QR or LPR systems, the user may access by using the intercom system located in the car park.

If a user manually obtains a physical ticket while being registered in the APP and a double charge occurs, the user will only be entitled to a refund of the amount charged through P-APP, with no right to reimbursement of the parking ticket amount.

2.3 USERS WITH VIA-T DEVICE

Users with a Via-T device must manually deactivate it before accessing the car park.

If the user fails to do so, the car park accepts no responsibility for any charges or issues that may occur. In the event of a double charge, the user must request a refund of the Via-T amount directly from their bank.

3. COMPATIBLE DEVICES

The APP is available for iOS 11 or higher and Android 8.0 or higher. It may be downloaded free of charge on either platform.

To use the APP, the user needs a smartphone or similar device with data access (WiFi, 3G or higher).

In this section, accessible from the MAIN MENU, a QR code will be automatically generated for each registered licence plate. This QR code may be used to identify the user when entering and exiting the car park if the licence plate reader fails, as well as to access pedestrian entrances, elevators, and restrooms.

9. PER-MINUTE STAYS

In this section, the user may review the transactions carried out for registered licence plates across different car parks, including the related charges.
